The NFC East is heating up as the Washington Commanders and the Dallas Cowboys emerge as top contenders. With a 2-0 record, the Commanders are making waves in the division, but they can't overlook Micah Parsons and the Cowboys who are ready to challenge their reign.

Jahan Dotson, the talented wide receiver for the Commanders, recently took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to boast about their undefeated start to the season, accompanied by a yawning emoji. However, Parsons, who was once Dotson's teammate at Penn State, wasted no time in responding, making it clear that he and the Cowboys are prepared to take on their former friend and his team.

Both the Cowboys and the Commanders have impressed with their dominant performances. Dallas has outscored their opponents by a staggering 70-10 in just two games, including a resounding 40-0 victory over their division rivals, the New York Giants, in Week 1.

Parsons, in particular, has been a force to be reckoned with. The rookie linebacker has already showcased his skills by registering three sacks and seven tackles in the early stages of the season. With such a remarkable start to his NFL career, Parsons is firmly in the race for the coveted Defensive Player of the Year award.

While the Cowboys have been making headlines, the Commanders' strong start is also worth noting. As a division, the NFC East boasts a collective record of 7-1, indicating the fierce competition among its teams.

Although fans are eagerly anticipating the clash between these two formidable teams, they will have to wait patiently until November 23rd when the Commanders and the Cowboys finally face off on the field. Until then, the rivalry between Parsons and Dotson will continue to fuel the excitement surrounding their upcoming showdown.
